Unlocking the Enquiry Journey: Understanding the Process for Hiring a UK Wedding Pianist

Embarking on the journey to hire a UK wedding pianist is an exciting step toward crafting the perfect soundtrack for your special day. Understanding the ins and outs of the enquiry process ensures a seamless experience from initial inquiry to the wedding day itself. Every UK wedding pianist will work differently, but let’s explore how the process unfolds at HMH Piano Collective. We ensure every musical detail is meticulously curated to complement your unique celebration.

Navigating the Enquiry Process

When you fill in our enquiry form, an automated email confirms receipt, providing a link to our brochure for browsing packages, prices, and details.

Within 48 hours, I personally reply to confirm availability. You can then opt for a consultation call where I can answer any questions you may have. If life is busy and you don’t have time to chat, simply ask any questions you have over email and I’ll get straight back to you! There is no obligation to book at this point, it’s important you first have all your questions answered.

Securing A UK Wedding Pianist For Your Date

If, however,  you are ready to secure your date, simply fill in our booking form. I’ll send over our terms, conditions, and an invoice for the deposit to lock in your date. Remember, dates aren’t held until we receive the deposit and contract, so prompt action is key to avoid losing your date to another couple.

Preparation and Finalising Details With Your UK Wedding Pianist

Once your date is secured, you’ll receive our Welcome Brochure with all necessary information for selecting your music.

Three months before the wedding, we’ll request your final music choices. This gives us plenty of time to source and learn music if you choose to use your five own choice songs that are not on our repertoire lists. We’ll do our best to accommodate any changes made after this, though it’s not guaranteed.

A month before the wedding, the final balance is due. Upon receipt, we will send you a sample recording of your ceremony entrance music if you would like to practise before the day (always recommended!)

On the Big Day

On the big day, you can relax knowing your wedding music is expertly handled, eliminating worries about timing or playback mishaps.

Ongoing Support

I am always on hand from the point of enquiry through to the wedding day to answer any questions or provide help as you make your final music choices. If you would like to tick one more thing off your wedmin list, you can start the enquiry process today by getting in touch here.
