The wedding ceremony took place in the venue’s grand circular barn, which features its own beautiful grand piano. Our talented pianist Rebecca provided the live music for the ceremony, setting the perfect tone for the couple’s special day. As guests arrived and found their seats, Rebecca played soft background music, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
For the bridal entrance, Rebecca performed a heartfelt rendition of Songbird, perfectly timed as the three bridesmaids walked down the aisle, followed by the bride. During the signing of the register, the couple chose two special songs: At Last by Etta James and The Rains of Castamere from Game of Thrones. These pieces added a personal touch to the ceremony, showcasing the couple’s love for soulful classics and epic soundtracks.
For the ceremony exit, the couple opted for Concerning Hobbits from The Lord of the Rings—a playful and unique choice. Many guests had commented that Coed Hills reminded them of the Shire from The Lord of the Rings, and as big fans of the films, the couple felt it was the perfect piece to conclude their ceremony. The lively and joyful melody sent the newlyweds and their guests off with smiles and a sense of adventure.
